The air conditioned apartment can comfortably sleep 4/6 people. Designed to a very high spec, the spacious apartment is located on the 5th floor which allows for magnificent views over the tropical swimming pools, the Mar Menor sea and the La Manga strip beyond.
With a pretty living room that leads onto the large private terrace, you can open up the double doors to the kitchen or have it as a completely enclosed space. The main bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes and the twin bed room has 2 single beds and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, which has a separate utility area, is fully equipped for all you need for your self-catering holiday and the large bathroom has a bath, shower, bidet and toilet.
We have 2 sets of patio furniture that are available for your enjoyment. as well as sun loungers.
The apartment is cleaned for your arrival and on your departure. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
