
The Costa Calida has 250 kilometres of coastline for you to enjoy. Like the southern end of Costa Blanca, it consists of wide, sandy beaches, found on the shores of the Mar Menor, and coves with a rugged coastline along the shores of the Mediterranean. This can be best enjoyed at the nearby Calablanque nature park and Calnegre. Two seas on one coastline! With a a backdrop of hills and mountains, either coast makes a lovely setting for your perfect day on the beach.

With impressive cliffs, endless white sandy beaches, wild coves with crystal clear water, interesting fishing villages and lively ports, the Costa Calida enjoys more than 3,000 hours of sun a year and mild temperatures, even in winter - with a yearly average of more than 18ºC.

Our apartment sits on the shores of the warm lagoon of the Mar Menor sea, looking towards the La Manga strip and the dramatic volcanic islands of Isla Perdiguera and Isla Rondella. Lined with 43 kilometeres pretty, blue-flag, sandy beaches that gently slope into the non-tidal sea. With pure, crystaline waters,which has a maximum depth of seven metres, the waters are warm throughout the year, even in winter. The Mar Menor sea is always several degrees warmer than the nearby Mediterranean sea. You will see groups of people sitting or floating in the water for long period’s just chatting and taking advantage of the rich minerals. Ideal for families and perfect for water sport enthusiasts! There is a wide choice of Marinas too.
